1031 Exchange in Arkansas
We can help you with a like-kind exchange if you are selling a rental property, commercial property, or land purchased for purely investment purposes. Kings River Title contracts with a local tax attorney who handles all 1031 exchanges in Arkansas directly through our agency.
We work very closely with our attorney, guiding you through every step of the process to help you reach your investment goals through a legal real estate transaction.
Our Process
Step 1
You enter an order or
request a quote.
We will schedule a consultation to discuss your residential title needs in depth. We’ll answer any questions you may have, as well as provide an action plan for our next steps once the consultation is complete. You’ll speak with us one on one to ensure you receive a personalized, attentive experience.
Step 2
We get to work searching every record.
Kings River Title goes back at least 30 years (usually longer) in a search of public record to find the key information you’re looking for about your title. We dive deep into the records and look at whatever information is necessary to find the answer you’re searching for about your title.
Step 3
You walk away with knowledge and assurance.
Once our process is finished, we present our findings to you and include proof of what we discovered. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of the history or circumstances that do or don’t affect your title and feel peace of mind that your property will not become a legal nightmare in the future.
