What Is Electronic Document Recording?

E-recording is the digital submission of documents, such as deeds and mortgages, to the appropriate county recording office. This process is secure and removes the need to mail copies of documents.

We help real estate agents, brokers, and individuals submit their real estate documents to recording offices throughout Arkansas.

What Can I E-Record?

While certain documents are not eligible for e-recording, we CAN electronically record mortgages, deeds, satisfaction of mortgages, and assignment of mortgages.

Our Process

Step 1

You enter an order or
request a quote.

We will schedule a consultation to discuss your residential title needs in depth. We’ll answer any questions you may have, as well as provide an action plan for our next steps once the consultation is complete. Kings River Title goes back at least 30 years (usually longer) in a search of public record to find the key information you’re looking for about your title. We dive deep into the records and look at whatever information is necessary to find the answer you’re searching for about your title.

Once our process is finished, we present our findings to you and include proof of what we discovered. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of the history or circumstances that do or don’t affect your title and feel peace of mind that your property will not become a legal nightmare in the future.
