You could say she grew up in the title business, as she has been in the title industry for 28 years, with 17 of those years at Kings River Title.
She was a licensed abstractor before title insurance licenses were a thing. Her title-searching experience is rooted in the old days of standing in the courthouse vaults running old tract book searches. That expertise translates to today, where she performs searches on the internet with most of the state of Arkansas at her fingertips.
Debra has always enjoyed the challenge of correcting a defective chain of title and making it marketable for the next owner, and she now enjoys training the next generation of title searchers to fill her shoes in the title industry.
